GENERAL INFORMATION
- All registrations must be submitted online
- No registration is valid without payment.
- The deadline for registering with the Early Registration fee is June 13th, 2011.
- If you are an ESPN Member you are entitled to pay the reduced fee. Please make sure your membership fee payment has been settled.
- There will be a charge of 25 € for the every change in the participants registration information. In case you wish to make any changes in your registration please contact us by e-mail, info@depol.org. Once we change the information we will send you the revised Confirmation.
- If you are unable to attend the Meeting you can cancel your registration, within certain limits and conditions (see the Cancellation Policy terms below). You cannot pass your registration to another person.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until June 15, 2011.
- Cancellations before June 15, 2011 - Full refund of the registration fee less administrative charges.
- Cancellation from June 15, 2011 to August 1, 2009 - Refund of 50% of the registration fee less administrative charges.
- Cancellation after August 1, 2011 - No refund.
PAYMENT
- You can pay online by credit card or by bank transfer at the same time as you submit your registration.
- All bank fees for the money transfer must be paid by the sender.
- In a case you do not proceed with payment within 5 working days, your registration will automatically be deleted.
- Cash payments will be accepted only for on-site registrations.
CONFIRMATION
- After you register you will receive by e-mail a confirmation of your registration.
- Confirmation of payment (invoice) will be sent within 10 day of receiveng your payment.
