Technical details for the preparation of your poster
All authors should come to the congress with printed posters.
The number of your poster board and the place where your poster will be displayed will be given to you at the Poster Desk at the conference.
Recommended poster size is:
width 70-90 cm
height 100-130 cm
- Boards are white
- Double-faced tape and scissors will be provided at the poster desk
- Your poster should be set up between 16:45 to 17:30 the day before your presentation and should be removed before 16:45 the day of your presentation.
