NOTIFICATION
The Presenting Author of each abstract accepted for publication will be notified by May 6, 2011. If the Presenting Author is unable to present the abstract, another Co-Author can take his/her place. A letter of the Presenting Author informing about the change is requested and must be sent to the Depol Office by May 20, 2011. The presenting author must be registered for the Meeting.
WITHDRAWAL/CHANGES
Submitted abstracts CANNOT be withdrawn or changed. No exceptions will be made.
